When will my photo/video play?

Your photo will play for 1 minute one time on the date and time you choose. If you uploaded a :15 video, the video will play 4 times within your 1-minute time slot. We will send you your confirmation to the email you provided while booking at least one day prior to your display date. Or 30 minutes after you booked if it’s a same day display.

How can I see my photo/video on the billboard?

To see your photo/video, please go to 1619 Broadway (right at Broadway and 49th Street). Alternatively, if you can’t make it in person, you may watch the live stream on our billboard page.

Where is the billboard located?

The billboard is located at 1619 Broadway, New York, NY 10036 (Broadway and 49th Street). The best spot to enjoy your billboard would be on 48th Street and Broadway looking north towards 49th Street and Broadway.

What type of photo/video can I submit?

You may submit your own personal photo/video. You must own the rights to the photo/video you submit. You cannot submit a photo/video featuring nudity, political, sexual or violent content, smoking. You cannot submit an ad. If you would like to feature a business, please visit our sister company.

Why didn’t I get a confirmation email? +
You will always get 2 emails from us. The first one, just after you booked, confirming we received your order for the date and time you picked. You will get the second email, confirming your submission has been accepted, at least a day prior to display date or 30 minutes after you booked if it’s a same day booking. If you don’t get an email confirmation from us within 1 hour of your booking, please send us an email at info@billboardonbroadway.com confirming your date and time of display and your name and last name.

The billboard is 65 feet Wide X 45 feet Height.
What type of photo/video can I submit? +
You may submit your own personal photo/video. You must own the rights to the photo/video you submit. You cannot submit a photo/video featuring nudity, political, sexual or violent content, smoking. I want to advertise, can I do that here? +
No, you are not allowed to submit ads on this platform, nor pictures nor videos with any type of text. Please go to welcome-to-times-square.com to advertise with us.
Can I submit an ad for a business? +
You cannot submit an ad. If you would like to feature a business, please visit our sister company at welcome-to-times-square.com.
Can I submit a logo? +

Can I cancel my order? +
No, all orders are final and cannot be canceled.

My photo/video did not play, will I get a refund? +
We have a 24/7 camera livestream. We will check our cameras and if your photo/video did not play, we will offer a full refund or alternatively a new display option.

Can you film my photo/video on your billboard? +
No, we do not. You may film your photo or have someone film it for you by going to Times Square at your designated timeslot.
What format should my photo/video be? +
Your photo/video should be horizontal format. The billboard dimensions are 1188 pixels wide by 814 pixels high. Our suggested quality is 72dpi. If you send a photo with a lower quality, we will accept it, however it is your responsibility to make sure you’re happy with the resolution you submitted.
What type of content can I submit? +
You may submit any type of photo or video, may it be a wedding proposal, happy birthday, graduation, love declaration etc. You may submit your own personal photo or video. You must own the rights to the photo you submit. You cannot submit a photo featuring nudity, political, sexual or violent content, smoking.
Can minors submit photos/videos? +
You must be 18 years old or older to submit a photo/video.
Can I submit a photo or video of a minor? +
You may submit a photo or video of a minor if you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor.

What languages does customer care speak?

We can assist you in English, Spanish and Italian, but we will try our best to serve in your native language.

What will my photo/video look like?
